However, from May, motorcycles and electric vehicles will usher in new policies, and there have been responses to questions about three aspects such as increased driving, and many netizens have also applauded when they heard the news.

  Electric cars and motorcycles are very cost-effective and sought after by many residents. As the number of users increased, some traffic problems also arose. Partly due to the lack of traffic awareness, there are often violations when value electric vehicles or motorcycles, such as driving in the wrong direction or running red lights. The emergence of these traffic problems has caused a great traffic impact, and the relevant departments have also carried out strict management.

  With the deepening of governance, some irreversible problems have also emerged. Relevant departments have introduced new national standard electric vehicle regulations, which clearly put forward the concept of electric vehicles and motorcycles, and specifically classified existing electric vehicles.

  China's traffic law clearly stipulates that citizens must have relevant documents when driving motor vehicles, and there are no relevant hard and fast regulations for driving non-motor vehicles. From the perspective of the country's standards for the division of electric vehicles this time, some of them are divided into electric motorcycles, and drivers need to have relevant documents. In addition, the relevant department also said that from May 1, 2022, motorcycles and electric vehicles will usher in three new regulations.

  First, existing law stipulates that the driver of a motor vehicle must be at least 18 years old, and for some related models, the driver must be at least 20 years old. To get a motorcycle license, you must be at least 18 years old. The state previously considered that motorcycles, as a relatively special type of vehicle, have relatively high physical fitness requirements for drivers, so it stipulates that people who have reached the age of 60 cannot drive motorcycles. The new regulations raise the age of motorcycle driving from 60 to 70, which makes many motorcycle riders happy.

  The second new regulation, the state previously stipulated, when citizens want to drive with a driver's license, they must be assessed from subject 1 to subject 4 before they can get a driver's license. At present, subjects 1 and 4 in our country are theoretical exams, and we have passed them when we tested for our driver's license. Therefore, this time the new regulations stipulate that if you want to increase driving, you do not need to assess subject one and subject four. If you currently hold an F license, the main driver model is a moped. The F license cannot drive a gasoline motorcycle, and if you want to drive this type of model, you need an E license.

  Among them, the D license can drive many models, not only motorcycles, but also fuel motorcycles and mopeds. From May 1, 2022, residents will not have to go through the theory test of subject 1 and subject 4 from F certificate to E certificate, and E certificate to D certificate will not need to take the test.

  Third, electric vehicles or motorcycles in many parts of our country must have a license plate and wear a helmet when they go on the road. The new traffic rules deduct one point for driver's licenses if there is no person wearing a helmet. In the past, the process of licensing electric vehicles or motorcycles was complicated, but from May 1, 2022, residents can get licenses at the point of sale.
